Do you offer next day delivery? ONLY AVAILABLE FOR UK CUSTOMERS Place your order before 4pm from Monday - Thursday, ensuring you have selected the "Next Day Delivery" option, during the checkout process. Any orders placed after 4pm Thursday will be delivered on the following Monday.
Where does RIXO ship? We ship all over the world, excluding Russia which we hope to launch soon. If you need further help, please get in touch with our Customer Care team.
Do I need to pay duties and taxes for my RIXO parcel? We currently cover duties and taxes for the following countries: Ireland, Belgium, Croatia, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Spain.
For all other countries, you will be contacted by DHL to pay for any duties and taxes upon receiving your RIXO parcel. Please note, we have no control over these charges, and we cannot predict their amount.
What couriers do RIXO use? For all our UK customers we work with DPD, and for all our customers outside of the UK we work with DHL.
Please note that RIXO orders require a signature upon delivery. DPD and DHL cannot offer alternative delivery options, such as deliver to a safe place or leave with a neighbour for any RIXO packages. On occasion, DPD and DHL may refuse to deliver if the delivery address/location is unsafe. To find out more please visit the DPD and DHL websites.
