Digital Marketing Coordinator

To support the ongoing success of the business, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our growing marketing team. Our Digital Marketing Coordinator will oversee the day-to-day management of all performance channels (including paid social, search, shopping, display and SEO) and will be the main point of contact for all digital marketing agencies. You must be confident with numbers and have experience analysing and reporting on digital metrics, reviewing performance against targets as well as identifying areas for growth within each channel.

  Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing

  • Support the Head of Growth to deliver the paid media strategy across all performance channels
  • Responsible for the day-to-day management of all digital channels (including but not limited to - paid social, search, shopping, display and SEO)
  • Work closely with the creative team, briefing creative requirements ensuring all assets reflect channel best practice and are delivered on time
  • Coordinate the delivery and go-live of trade reactive marketing with internal and external teams
  • Own the test plan for each channel, reporting on results and implementing changes to meet channel KPIs
  • Align marketing activity with the seasonal trade and marketing calendar
  • Update and maintain the content planner to accurately reflect upcoming activity
  • Monitor agency performance and support the on-boarding of new digital agencies

Systems and Reporting

  • Main point of contact for all digital marketing partners / agencies
  • Coordinate weekly Trade report for marketing channels and follow all subsequent weekly actions
  • Responsible for minute taking and sharing actions with relevant stakeholders
  • Monthly, seasonal, campaign and project reporting as required to review performance against objectives
  • Competitor / innovator monitoring and suggested roadmap for activity
  • Industry news and trend monitoring and suggested roadmap for activity 

Qualifications / Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar digital marketing role within the retail sector (fashion experience is ideal but not essential)
  • Experience across a broad range of digital channels is essential
  • Ideal candidate will be confident using Excel, Google Analytics and in-platform reporting tools
