Support the Ecommerce team in driving the global digital acquisition strategy across all digital channels. Working collaboratively with the internal Brand Marketing teams to define and implement a comprehensive Digital Marketing strategy, in line with the brand trading calendars. Close collaboration with the Digital Marketing agency and service providers to plan and execute all paid marketing campaigns and maximise ROI 



  • Day to day optimisation and monitoring across all paid channels and markets including weekly reporting
  • Produce clear and comprehensive reporting and analysis of channel/campaign/test performance, using data driven findings to refine and optimise performance


  • Work with creative, brand and ecommerce team to define and implement a robust email marketing plan and user journeys


  • Day to day optimisation and monitoring across all paid channels and markets including weekly reporting
  • Keeping up to date with the latest digital trends and providing recommendations for new and innovative customer acquisition methods
  • Ensuring all activity delivers maximum return on investment whilst maintaining strict control on overall budgets
  • Support and influence strategy with regards to international customer acquisition and increasing brand visibility in new markets

Liaising with agencies/teams

  • Working closely with internal partners in the briefing of digital assets to support marketing activities eg: paid social ads
  • Maintain and develop key relationships across internal teams: Content, Design, Brand Marketing and PR, Merchandising and Retail. 
  • Bi- weekly catch ups with search/social agency to ensure end to end communications 


  • This role would suit a natural multi-tasker with a deep and varied knowledge of digital marketing channels gained through at least 3 years working for either an online retailer or digital marketing agency
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively and effectively with internal and external partners
  • A digital native with a strong understanding of brand marketing techniques and strategies
  • Flexible approach to work with the ability to adapt to the different needs of individual projects
  • Ability to work with people at all levels of the business
  • Ability to prioritise workload effectively
  • Would suit an enthusiastic individual who wants to learn and grow with the role
  • Ability to work with multiple software programmes: Excel, Google Docs, Google Analytics, Shopify Plus, DotDigital, Looker
